    weeks since I approved my design with my designer? A: No, please wait the 5 weeks. Sometimes delivery/ship dates vary in production and also with the USPS and UPS. If it’s earlier than this time frame we are still working diligently to complete your jersey order.
  • Why does it take so long to ship out?
    A: All great products take time, our jersey’s included! Each and every jersey is put together by your designer, then printed, pressed, cut out, and sewn by our crew of highly skilled workers. We understand that you are eager to get your order, and we are working around the clock to get orders out to you. Thank you so much for your patience.
  • Should I give Jacourt a call to check on my order?
    Not Recommended. Please submit an Inquiry or send us an email to Sales@jacourt.com. While we always love talking to our customers, we can help you much quicker if you send in an email.
